What you will catch:
Big walleyes are abundant in the lake. A large percentage of the fish are around 3 pounds.
The walleye population is sustained by natural reproduction. There are a number of points, humps
and steep drop-offs for targeting walleyes. There is good habitat for small mouth and large mouth
bass. There are shallow bays and deep water weed lines. There are areas of boulder and larger
rock that attract small mouths. Northerns are plentiful, but most are in the 18-20 inch range.
Pleasant is a good lake for pan fish all summer long. The lake features some of the better quality
bluegills is the area.
